After selling me a bike I asked for a trailer to suit the bike, they recommended and sold me one, I could have bought the same trailer for half the price in Perth or online but I wanted to support my local business, then the brakes jammed on the bike so I took it back to them, they told me it was a common problem with the bike and they knew about the problem they then said it can be repaired with new brakes, when I questioned this they only then stated it would be repaired under warranty, then I received a call from them saying the rear axle bolt was stripped and was caused by the trailer, I wouldn't be able to use the trailer any more, then they tried to charge me for the new bolt, it was fine when I took the bike in, so now I'm stuck with an expensive trailer that can't be used, and I can't take the bike back to that store ever again as I have no trust in them.. extremely Poor customer service
