  and all the people i spoke on the phone! Bought a fridge and paid for everything and delivery, over four weeks waiting! Then found out our fridge still setting in the shop!!!!

  Need to organise the shop floor better. It looks disorganised, floor needs cleaning. Not sure who to talk to as the employees work in different sections.

  Nothing arrived every time we called different people different stories telling and promising our fridge will get delivered at indicated time. But guess what there still no fridge! We have give up. (Although very quick to do refund after four weeks of waiting undelivered goods)... KARRATHA Harvey Norman your people are no good for nothing simple jobs cant do it right!!! Reagan who sold us the fridge, then went for holiday and fail to pass on the job and to arrange the delivery is very incompetent, and Peter who made an empty promise to arrange the delivery is also an incompetent in your job!!! Thanks for a quick refund though but yah Thank you for nothing you all are hopeless and and incompetent with your job!!!! Not going and buy things in your shop again!!!!!

  Staff are quite unhelpful, I was referred to their website
